I was sent this video over a week ago by my SIL and I was putting off watching it..fearing I'd be too vulnerable to watch. Boy I wish I'd watched it sooner. The woman lecturer Brene' is brilliant. This video is short and sweet and funny and profound and less than 16 minutes. I listened and watched while I tidy'd up my kitchen.
