Now I think I'll go take "baby steps" and calmly get ready for my adult children to come over for gift exchange and Christmas Dinner tomorrow afternoon. Whoa!

I hope you have a great day with lots of love and laughter and good times.
I went to my inlaws and ate over there and opened presents and we all got along great. No anxiety. It was a nice day.

You (StressCenter.com, 'I'm Afraid to even Start' forum) have been a big part of my progress this past year dealing with the trials and tribulations of depression.
