YOU GO GIRL! I was the same way.. I only have a couple chapters to go.. isnt it great? it addresses different things then in the program, which I loved (especially the guilt)! Let me know how you are doing.. keep in touch!

I bought this book,I am just in the 1st chapters , as i keep falling asleep when reading at night. But so far it seems really good.
