For the last few weeks I have had very vivid dreams. I would wake up in the middle of the night panicking and needing to take a good minute or 2 to realize that It was a dream. Almost like an experience that makes you think. "who am I?!" It was very scary and makes my heart race and then the brain race all day of what psychological disease I am suffering from. The way our brains race and can make such quick associations is amazing.
Hi Bronzestar,
I've had similair fears. In the end we are only talking about anxiety. If you weren't of sane mind then you wouldn't notice these as irrational. The fact these thoughts made u anxious is pure evidence supporting the fact you are of sane mind. Trust me...when you give these thoughts air time the end result is and will only b anxiety. God Bless

hello - yes, this is amazing to just say, "who cares ! - so what ! - it's just anxiety - it will pass ! ! " - this has helped me sooo much ! - i am going to toastmasters club now - in fact twice a week, two clubs, as i am not working out of the home right now - i am using my new skills and they are helping greatly! - right up 'til i am in the room, and during the hour long meeting, i am continuously self talking , tell myself all these positive sayings/thoughts that i am learning! - wow, what a fabulous program - will i fully recover ? ? - well, my self talk "already has me recovered!" - (in my heart, i just keep working with great determination to make this happen, and i know, this is all a gradual process) - good luck to all - smile, be happy, it's a new day - a new opportunity to meet our challenges and win ! ! mjcreate
