There's no doubt people are drawn to gloom and doom and crises. But since it tends to mess with us so easily it's crucial towards our recovery that we fight that urge and feed our minds with encouraging and uplifting stuff. Just because something comes easy , like being drawn to crap, doesn't mean we need to give in to it. Thinking more positive and chosing to fill our minds with good stuff is a deliberate thing and part of being our own best friend and advocate. I wish it wasn't so much work to get better ..Yikes I want to get paid for this haha.
