Looking for friends

Hi, I suffer from a lot of anxiety (really a lot), and I am thinking of killing myself. I need some friends. Does anyone out there want to be my friend. Thanks to everybody for your replies.

I know that all God's children are important to this world. We lose our way sometimes and have to live through some nasty life experiences. I have found that it is in those times that I make life changing decisions. You have made a step in the right direction by seeking help today, now.
Read some other posts, call on God for direction, and you will get through this bad time. Don't take a permanent action for this temporary problem. K

Thank you for the encouragement KAW2. I really appreciate it. Do you suffer from anxiety also. Have you listened to Lucinda's program. If so, was it helpful to you.

Anxiety is really hard and it does feel like it is overwhelming at times, but killing yourself doesn't help anyone. I'll be a friend with you.

I am glad you are reaching out. I suffer too and it is terrible sometimes. I am here for you too dude. We can all get through this. Mine still sucks, but therapy has made it better and I hope with this program and new friends I will be completely better.

there are many of us who know how you feel!! I am now learning I've had anxiety just about my whole life - and at 30 I am realizing it and finally doing something about it!! It has taken so much of my life. I would never act upon it - but have thought of taking my life many times - but who would that really help is what I ask myself - I also have children so that is another thing that keeps me.

anyway - I guess what I am trying to say is you are NOT alone!! there ARE people here for you!!!

You can overcome this darkness that overcomes you!!

I am also more than happy to be you friend!!!

you've got a lot more friends out there to make and were all in the same boat so keep your chin up and hang in there it will get better. it just takes work and determation never give up god bless!

Bet I've dealt with anxiety and depression longer than anyone else who has responded. So if you don't mind an "old lady" friend, I've been in your shoes (mind) many times, but remember the words "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." Even if you are not Christian, listen to KLOVE or any Christian music station. It HELPS!
