We all know the story, what you give is what you get back. This is so true. I have spent many years fearing what people had thought of me, what they said about me. I have listen to those that had nothing good to say about me. What they have said is not true. These people that had nothing good to think or say about me did not care how I have felt.

One day I have listen to a wonderful woman whom put me on the right path. It took me years to see it. I had thought I always be a loser, never amount to anything, I could not hold a job. I am a poor person whom did not have anything to give. I was not looking at the things I was capable of giving.

The years, of Love, caring, and being there for others have really paid off. Just when things seemed tight, no way out, the ones I have helped came back and helped me. I saw the Love, and it was totally amazing.

I heard a saying in AA, we are not bad people, we are sick people trying to get better. This applies the right medication. The medication in this did not come from a pill, but from another alcoholic. We whom suffer from Anxieties, panics and stress. Even though some of us needs the pills, our medication also comes from each other. Being there helping, understanding, so each of us can feel better. I believe this to be a life time medication. Reason I say this, is because us as humans are social animals, we need each other every single day. We need the love and care for the rest of our lives. So, yes this is a life time. This is the greatest lesson I have leant in my life. Even God's greats laws are based on love. Love God, Love your neighbors, and love yourselves. Love is the most powerful of all.
