wHAT HELPS PANIC ATTACKS?
First of all, see your doc. do plenty of exercising' especially aerobics, jogging, walking. Get the heartbeat up, sweat, and this helps the cardio vascular going. Very soon you'll notice a better sleeping pattern,a good appetite. Exercise is very theraputic for me. give it a try, once you get into a routine you will amazed at the results. All the best, Ron
