I was skeptical at first, but am finding that the program is actually working. I used the strategies for positive self talk at work today and it really did calm me down.

I noticed I was having anxiety, so I looked back at my thoughts. I noticed that they were all self defeating. It's amazing how quiet and subtle these self defeating thoughts are. When I changed my thoughts, I started to feel calm and my anxiety faded.
