Have been using this program for about a month now. I think i see changes in my anxiety and depression. But i find my self worrying about whether or not i am using the program correctly. does anyone else have these thoughts, and if so what is some of your advise. Kinda feel overwhelmed with the amount of stuff to remember.

:) This is all anxiety that your feeling. The doubts about the program are natural. After all, this is something brand new to you. Remember, new things are anxiety producing.I've gone through the same thing. I started this program back in May.I wasn't sure if it would work or am I doing it right. Don't worry stay with it and you will get comfortable with the program. In the guide book on page 9 It lays out your weekly schedule regarding the sessions on the cd. If your not sure about some of the sessions then go back and listen to them again as well as going back to that session in your guidebook. You don't have to complete each session within seven days. There's no rush to get it done. Do it at your own pace and then move on to the next session when you are comfortable. Hang in there!!!

you also don't need to do the lesson perfectly either. The way the program is constructed it will suggest you listen to lesson cds from earlier on when you get into later lessons. You aren't going to lose the program after you finish it and you will make progress regardless of if you master each lesson right away or not. Things will just start to make sense for you, maybe not now but later on and you might even remember things later too.

What if the directions/days that I am trying to complete aren't done in sequence? I am on lesson 3, but I have found in everything so far that I can't get all of the directions/days done back to back. Some days I have the ability to spend deep time with it. Other days I am so busy with school and what-not that I can't get stuff from the program done. Then I feel guilty, and I fear that I won't experience any effects with all these gaps in between my completions.

Light3----I am also on the 3rd week and have gaps between when I can listen to the cds and when I'm just so busy, but I think that as long as we work on it a few times a week we'll get thru it. The hardest thing for me is writing in the spiral notebook about all my negative thoughts. I'll be hanging out with friends and have a negative thought but I don't want to pull out the book to write it down because they don't know about my problem and that just makes my anxiety worse.

:) negative thoughts can be a killer... don't worry about getting them ALL... focus on some main ones... set a goal to get at least 5 a day or 10... and go from there... :) You don't have to get them all, it doesn't have to be perfect!! The fact that you are doing it at all is GREAT!! Be proud of that!!!
