If so, how are you coping with it?

Thanks,

I don't have this and haven't heard of it, but I am hoping that some others on the forums might give you some support and/or advice. Meanwhile, good luck to you!

Are you talking about LPR, (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux)? I have that. It's reflux that affects the voice box area.

LPR can be brought on by stress and anxiety.

I'm pretty new to putting messages up on these forums. I am struggling with a recent break up that I feel was the best choice made. I recently broke up with my girlfriend because deep down inside I knew it wasn't right and we have to different views on life. I know that it is nobody's fault, but we did rush into things and thought that it would last forever. 8 months of my life that I will never get back. We would brake up and then run back to eachother out of fear and I know that deep down inside that is not right. She tries to make me feel guilty for being the one to brake up, but over time the true colors come out and I simply didn't see myself with a person like that. I feel alone and don't know what to do because I find myself fighting between, well maybe we could make it work and then saying no i really don't like this girl. Just looking for some feedback on an in and out relationship.

Hellinashell,

You'll want to start a new thread. Sorry, but what you said has nothing to do with vocal fold dysfunction. That's the topic of this thread.

Oh, ok. I am sorry. I don't know anything about that. I sincerely wish you the best with overcoming it.
