Your mind, more definitive, your "self talk" as they like to say in the program is the most important thing into training your brain to think positive thoughts. Over the years you taught your brain to think negatively about everything around you as well as yourself, its a terrible thing to feel, I have been there myself and still am partly but I am getting better as I move along in the program! If you dedicate yourself into brainwashing yourself with positive thoughts from the tools that the program teaches you to use, from the cards, to the relaxation tapes, to the I Will Be There For You audio tape/cd etc. All these things are key to teaching yourself how to BE KIND. You HAVE to put the time in though, if you dont then you will still feel the same way as you do now and like me, I wanted to anything to get this negative perception out of my head for good! Please take this to heart, it will be your motivation for a better life! Good luck Tifinage!
