Thanks for sharing. I'm only on my 3rd week of using the creams. I too do not see a significant difference, but they tell me it takes a while (3 months to 6 months at times). Anyways, sorry you still don't feel as good. Have you asked your doctor about melatonin (non-synthetic version)? It helps me sleep, also another thing that's been helping me sleep lately is making sure i go to sleep full (not overwhelmingly full like a pig-out meal), but just full enough that you won't wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning with anxiety, cold, and shortness of breath. Let me know how it all unfolds for you. I am now seeing a nutritionist on top of my doctor. I tried going on this wheat and gluten free diet, but i think, i think - i'm not sure yet, that i had withdrawal symptoms that did not let me go to sleep. I got mad anxiety and borderline panic along with aches throughout my body. I may be addicted to wheat, i don't know. I have a telephone conversation with the nutritionist every 2 weeks, i will let her know of my experience. For the time being, i cannot let go of the wheat/gluten, i will cut down on it gradually and not go cold turkey like i did the other day. My concern right now is that i just get some good sleep or else i will never recover from this adrenal fatigue.

The diet changes take time from what i understand, but i will tell you this. Now that i am not working or going to school(because of the adrenal fatigue)i have alot more time on my hands and am able to pay more attention to what happens to my body after i eat. Usually Mcdonalds makes me feel good for about an hour or so after i eat, but after that hour and a half i usually feel exhausted. Don't get me wrong, with the way that i usually feel all day experiencing one good hour of feel good is worth it because i need a little relief once in a while. Other than that, i am eating alot of organic vegetables in my sandwiches. Apparently, the only bad thing about my sandwiches is the bread that i'm using (it's got wheat/gluten which is notorious for inflammation in the body). Nevertheless, you can't go wrong with feeding your body the right nutrients to rule out just another possible cause for your anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc.

No, i'm sorry that's not me. But i do get into a whole lot of supplementation because i deal with adrenal fatigue. I deal with anxiety and mild depression, but the root cause of this is Adrenal Fatigue. In fact, the root cause of many anxiety and depression issues is an underlying physical symptom. I strongly believe this because we live in a country were our health is a business to the pharmacieutical companies. They don't want us healed, they want our business. the longer we are sick the better it is for them. That's why i refuse to take anti-depressants and only take anti anxiety drugs like xanax only when it gets really out of hand. But i will heal and will give testimony to God's grace and also the natural foods and supplements that i am taking. Hope the best for you and your husband. Remember, if it wasn't here 2,000 years ago it probably doesn't belong in your stomach.

I eat an organic yogurt from Wal Mart that is French Vanilla. Organic is expensive but it is the best way to go to avoid pesticides and and recieve the fullness of nutrients in every serving. I also buy baby spinach organic from Wal Mart - wal mart is usually cheaper. I also buy a cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, natural cheese that is packaged in the cheese area at wal mart, natural roast beef or turkey (also packaged at wal mart), i make a sandwich with all of the above and eat it at least 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately i think i might be addicted to wheat, i might be - not sure yet. anyway, i would recommend vitamin C for stress with bioflavinoids, B Complex and B12 sublingual, and recently i heard about probiotics being good for the intestines. The intestines or the gut are crucial for those dealing with IBS, anxiety, and even depression because serotonin is actually produced in the small intestines. Probiotics are the good bacteria that is necessary. I am going to tell my doctor that i also want to do a food sensitivity test to see if i am allergic to any foods or intolerant to any foods so that i may not feel tummy aches any more. homemade chicken broth 2 cups a day at least for about 2 weeks is what the nutritionist has me on. She says the bone is critical to be left in the chicken soup because the bone is where all the necessary nutrients are in. The nutritionist i am using is actually on Dr. Lam's website called drlam.com, i would recommend giving this website to anybody dealing with chronic fatigue.
