Keep a positive attitude.

The interview was somewhat strange. The manager was given a booklet of questions by HR. He wrote my name on it. He asked, and I answered. He wrote my answers in the booklet, which would be forwarded to and graded by HR. This was one of those "There's no wrong answer" type testings. He asked after we completed the booklet questions, he asked two of his own, I asked mine and that was it. He said he would let me know either way.
If I "pass", the next interview would be with another manager, then the general manager.
I can't recall having a job interview--for any type of position--like this. Last month’s and January’s interview with the same company was nothing like this.

My bro.in law, he had a bunch of weird things he had to do as well. Several interviews, they gave him a ap to fill out and some "home work" then he had to return it back in a couple days. It was all really different.
Its been years for me having a job out side of our own business (mom & pop), I can't imagine how strange it would be with now days applying. I hope our business holds up as I would be doing the same thing as you.
I like that, you'll be on here writing about the new job! LOL... You MIGHT!
Good luck,

Good luck,

I don't know what some of these company HR reps and managers are smoking, but it definitely isn't Marlboro.

I envy you with your own business. I wish you all the best with it. May it lasts as long as you want and can operate it! I am still working on my entrepreneurial quest.
You have great humor!
Keep it with you, It comes in handy at times! LOL... I try to do that and when I can't seam to find it I know I am taking myself way to serious.
Boy everyone I know looking for a "good" paying job has made the same remarks. Wonder what they are trying to do?
Thank you for the best wishes in our business. It started our very slow this year till July we were down in sales. July has picked up to a normal pace, we'll just have to see.
Being in NyC I don't know much as I have never been there. Around here there are lots of people starting thier own business. They are better off in a way at least doing somthing to keep busy. Hope you find something that you can start up You would probally like that better than working for someone else. We'll be waiting to hear about your job!
P.S. My girl friend who has a college degree, started a pet sitting business while folks go on vacation. She is really busy and has hired another girl to help her!
