I'm here, i go by enrique but my real name is Carlos. U can call me what you want. Have you tried taking a Magnesium supplement. I hear that many Americans are Magnesium deficient and it would be a good idea to load up on it, especially for cases of depression. I too suffer mild depression. I have not began taking this supplement but just recently heard about its effects. Also taking another natural supplement called 5HTP is very good for depression. GABA is also another good natural supplement. I have taken 5HTP and it does help a bit with the depression. It's a good idea to maybe get in touch with a Nutritionist, dietician, or some kind of holistic/naturopathic doctor to see the recommended dosage. I'm learning that with natural products sometimes the bottle gives you a recommended dosage that differs with what the doctor says. Traditional MDs do not work well with natural supplements with my experience. In fact, its sad to say that i no longer trust in my primary care physician for any of my anxiety or depression or fatigued needs. I do not trust traditional MDs that much anymore period because they're not looking to find the root cause of my problem, they just want to put a band aid (like prozac or zoloft) on the problem. I don't want to touch up the problem i want to solve the problem. I would recommend watching what you eat, getting enough sleep, but also taking the above mentioned supplements under the care of a physician or specialized doctor or some kind of nutritionist. Usually nutritionist work the best for this kind of preventative or restorative medicine. I am currently seeing a doctor for Adrenal Fatigue. It turns out that my Adrenal Fatigue is the root cause of my depression and poor diet also. Hope this helps and if you need any more support let me know, we're all in this together. Carlos
