Can I really live the life I want to?
Can I really live the life I want to? If so, how? How do I get away from these panic attacks when they suddenly seem like an everyday routine and it feels weird without them? I try to visualize myself without anxiety and I just can't seem to. Whatever I think of, I think of me having anxiety, like there is no other way around it, Like it will always be holding me back from doing fun, joyful things. What if I go insane? What if I don't get rid of these anxiety attacks and have them for the rest of my life? :Those are my everyday thoughts. How can I change them around when I've said them to myself for years? I've tried to think of a time when I was panic attack free and the sad part is, I can't remember half as many memories as I can with panic attacks. I feel depressed and alone, and fears of losing control and going crazy.. even hurting a loved one when I know I never would, but feeling like it might be out of my control and my body will take over my mind. Its scary and I really would like if someone could give me tips or advice on how to help with my anxiety. Please, if you know anything, reply to this & thank you. I hope we all overcome our anxiety disorders and live normal lives like everyone else!

All you have to have to start getting better is hope. That's what a wise man told me. He said that even if you only have the hope that it doesn't get any worse, that's a start. Can someone explain to me about this program I keep hearing about? I only use the forum on here. Do I need a book or cd or anything? I heard a commercial saying that I could get a free cd from this Lucinda woman. Any advice?
