When you are trying to suppress your anxiety and depression, etc, they overwhelm you, but when you try to shine a light on them, they hide? When I am meditating, and I imagine a stressful situation, it is hard for me to really experience it, but when I wake up at 3:00 in the morning with my heart pounding, I cannot get away from it.
