OK. SO HERES MY QUESTION.......
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE EARLY MORNING OR DURING THE AFTERNOON BEWILDERMENT? OR FOGGYNESS?
IM NOT SURE WHAT THE REAL NAME IS BUT I KNOW I FEEL IT. IT COMES AND GOES. AND IM TRYING TO JUST FLOAT WITH IT.
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT IS TRULY ANXIETY? AND WHEN DOES IT GO AWAY? LOL
THANKS
HAVE A BLESSED DAY ALL

I have the bewilderment for the whole day but it is worse in the morning but thats just anxiety and just waking up.

The best thing you can do is float with it and ya its truly anxiety. If you try analyzing it further or keep asking yourself when is it going to go away, you will just prolong it. It will go away when it's ready to go away, there is no set time and we are all diffrent.

I have the same thing in the morning and I have started walking in the morning first thing before breakfast even. I believe it is anxiety. The walking has helped because it gets me moving and gets mind focused onto something else. I think just get moving doing something in the morning is the key. Good luck.
