Are the CD's audio only and not video.
The 1st one had video and I'm not see where the others do

Yep, the CD's are just that - audio. But they have ALOT of great info on them. Just sit back, and absorb!!

Hi Irish Pony,
My kit has both. The yellow box has DVDs, coaching series like 4 different dvds. Then the blue boxes had the Cds, work books and cards. Each session has a work book, coaching video, & cd.
On the dvds, several sessions are on 1 dvd.
