hypocondriacs....READ THIS!
over in psalms 90:10 god talks about how long we are to live and he have given all of us a long life if we do what is right, which we are all doing, yes we are going to go threw, but we will make it. I had this condition 20 years ago, and it came back when my husband went to Iraq. I made it then with this program and God and I will make it again. And guess what I am still in good health.God said to fear not, not shake not or sweat not, remenber we live in a body it will do things, but glory be to God we all are going to make it.
hi, i know how it feels to be extremely obsessed about your health all the time. i have been dealing with constant anxiety, panic attacks, and terrible physical symptoms since october 2006. my one syptom that never goes away is these pains in my neck. i have them on a dailey basis at all different times of the day and i don't have to be anxious or nervous at all to get them. the pain feels like someone is poking me in the neck with the eraser part of a pencil very hard, if you can try to picture that. so my question is, does anyone else have this same sort of pain? any reply would be so helpful. i try to tell myself that it's from the anxiety but it seems so different from all the other symptoms i get during a anxious episode. thanks and god bless
Many people suffer with neck issues including me.
I would highly suggest going to a chiropractor who specializes in ART/Active Release Therapy. It is amazing. You can google it. It has become very popular amoung professional athletes. The doctor releases tension in your neck through deep massage while telling you to move your arm or body in a certian direction. I have tried many things and this is the best. You can go to the ART website and find a doctor in your area. You will most likely find tremendous relief using this modality.

My OnlY obsession is that i have heart disease which came about from my blood tests which show an elevated reading of my chol and crp. Now, the good things are the good chol is good and my Trig are fine. BUT i insisted on having a stress test by a cardiologist - and of coure it was fine. But i get these little, like a finger poke, feeling in both of my breasts on the inner side - so now i think they missed something and its my heart - SOMEONE MAKE THIS STOP

I am a major hypcondriac...I am always going to the doctor, ER, or calling the nurse hotline, or just somebody who can reassure me that I am fine. I have been suffering from anxiety/panic attack, hypocondriasis for over five years now. I am only 21 and I always think "God, do I want to live this way for the rest of my life?" NO!!! When I have a pain/numbness in my leg, I think it's a blood clot or stroke. If my chest hurts, I think I am having a heart attack. If my head hurts, I think my head is going to blow up or I have an aneurysm. If my ear starts ringing, I think I am going crazy. These are just a few examples!

Hi- I get those "finger pokes" in my breast, too, and always think it is something with my heart. You know what i learned though and sometimes it does work- a doctor and my fiance told me, if you press on your chest and it hurts, it's not a heart attack. If it was a heart attack, it would be much deeper and would not hurt when you pressed on the outside of your skin. Does this make any sense? These symptoms can be so scary, but I try to think "Well, you get this all the time and you're still here" but then of course when I'm really panicky, I think "Well, maybe this time it IS something."

I worry about every twitch or ache. I am so sick of it!!! I have had over 2000 heart attacks, 1000 strokes, and many many many other things. I have issues about eating new foods. I have issues with A LOT of things and I think I am losing my mind.
I think my job does not help this. I work in paliative care.
