Having hard time driving .....

I have lived with panic for over ten years now. Sometimes have been better and some worse. I now am having a really tough time driving distances. I have a new job that requires me to get a liquor permit and I have not been able to get there. Its tough because its just as bad riding with someone. Any suggestions my world is getting smaller and smaller i need to conquer this.
