What happens to you when someone pisses you off really bad? Do the ocd violent thoughts come at you? They do me, sometimes. Just wondering if anyone can relate. It's like I tell myself i'm angry so I must think of these things. But it's confusing sometimes cause I am angry.
I do too, but lately so many people piss me off that i actually welcome the violent thoughts. My biggest worry is that i am unable to act on them and feel that i will die of an ulcer if i don't just pucker up and punch someone.
