Congratulations anxiety free I am so happy to hear your story. There is hope for all who suffer with anxiety/depression and this program is one of the keys.

:) I Think that is awesome that you are free from anxiety. I have not had any anxiety for a while but still take meds for depression & anxiety. I feel that the program is helping me .I have been on the program for 5 weeks now. I take my little cards with me every where.
