thank you so much! today is my birthday and it's been a wonderful day. i spent as much time as possible outside. mama came over and i finally took THE plunge into the pool. the water is still cold LOL
it was hot today. the kind of hot where if you sit with a fan blowing on you it's fine. but move around outside of the blowing fan? wow!!!!! mama said it's going to be a hot summer. my reply back was "it's going to be a long hot summer" LOL i love quoting tennessee williams HA
last night was my oldest nephew's high school graduation. that child was well represented by his family! and highly embarrassed by his family as we cheered for him!!!! LOL i know he appreciated it. i kept 143 of the 171 pictures i took. i love digital cameras! you can take as many pics as you want in order to keep the good ones and delete delete delete the dreadful ones LOL x forever
the calendar may not say summer but it is summer in the south. the lightning bugs, dragonflies and butterflies are back! i'm always amazed they make it back every year - they make me so happy!
i went to books a million looking for the book "pronoia" - they didn't have it. i'm going to order it online from barnes and noble - it's cheaper online - go figure. i did read the online reviews from barnes and noble and they were good! pronoia = the reverse of paranoia. that is so cool - i love it.

your birthday wishes were not belated - they were early!!!! yay for me!!!!
today was a good day - a happy and positive day! mama and i hung out most of the afternoon until just a bit ago. i did some updates to her computer - norton utilities, etc. i love the way the guys in india can take over and do it all for me instead of me spending 105 hours!
you are working like a veritable field hand - good for you!!! we're going to have to do a picture exchange for all!!!! your yard sounds like a lovely place - yes you'll have to do the picture sharing!!! lol

Hello my peeps
Had a really good time tonight! Hubby and I went to my neices graduation party. It was held about 4 miles from here. I haven't gone that far with hubby in the car for about 10 months. And I did it there and back with very little tension. Then I told hubby I may not stay the whole time , that I was going to play it by ear and he was cool with that. I stayed almost the whole time. We ate and had cake and talked to lots of friends and family and when they played "White Wedding" I had to get up and have hubby dance with me.I am such an 80's girl. We were the only ones on the dance floor but the DJ was cool with that haha. It was nice and hubby was so happy to be out with me and having fun he kept hugging me. I sure have missed that ! Anyway It was a fun time and I feel so hopeful.Like I've said before when we have one success it helps motivate us to get out and do more. And it just gets better and better and easier. I wish you all cuold have been there too. There was enough food for an Army haha. My next challene? The dentist on Monday or Tuesday. But it's all good. I will be so glad when that is over with and I will be feeling very good

I'm so glad everyone is having a wonderful weekend - I had to write because ya'll are the only ones who will appreciate this: My husband hooked up an old washing machine (that still works) in my back yard because I have so much laundry all the time, now I can wash a load outside and hang it on the line and wash a load inside and put it in the dryer.....great so far. When he hooked it up the pipe the water drains from goes straight up so when it gushes out it looks like a fountain so I jokingly told him it is my new "water feature" Well, the joke is on me because it turns out we have a lovely view of it right out of my living room window! Instead of a bubbler rock I got a washing machine fountain. If anyone is at my house they say "What the heck is that?" Oh well, I MIGHT be a redneck! Jillzmind, I will pray for your dental appt. to go smoothly and quickly

karma how does the salt work? I put too many chemicals in my pool and I've got a bubble bath.my pool was so green and yuky and I had added a lot of water so I thought I would add a start up amount I told hubby he hooked the pump up backwards it has so much suds I have never had my pool do that lol jill I am so proud of you positive renforces you go girl I need to go somewhere today I don't feel comfortable with the sunshine is so pretty, yesterday was so nice.
my daughter and I took my grandaughter to have her picture in a dress that my daughter had her picture taken in it so going to be so cute actually she wore the same shoes a little braclet I had such a fun day with them each day she learns something new she is 8 mos old just like a big doll should lay out in the bubble pool today hey I don't have a bubble rock but a bubble pool how cool can you get

Jill ! - Way to go on the long car ride. I still get edgy sometimes on long car rides. Glad a good time was had ! I'm kind of an 80's guy. I get made fun of sometimes with the tunes I have blaring, but I don't care ! LOL Eventually everyone is singing along !
Can't Dance ! - LOLOLOL That is the most unusual water feature I've ever heard of. I'm kind of jealous ! LOL Nobody...and I mean NOBODY has a water feature like that (in the city anyway)! LOL and best of all, if it gets plugged up and overflows, what the worse thing that happens ??? The flowers get watered ! LOL

I really need to get a digital camera. They've come down in price so much that there should be no reason for me not to have one. Once the backyard is done, I'll take some pictures. It's your typical city size lot (maybe a little bigger than that since the house was built in 1927), but I got it almost all done. I shovelled another 1/2 yard of screening yesterday (in the rain), so next week, I'll make a few trips to Home Depot on the way home from work to get the pavers and the edging for them.
Today I'm heading out to the country (since this is our long weekend) and getting together with family and friends and forgetting about everything negative for a while. Time to load the tunes in the truck and head out.

got in the bubble pool actually just laid on a float the water is cold but if it stays as hot as it has been won't be long till it will be warm.
took my afternoon ride not wanting to because I have to get pretty far from home in remote areas yuk went about 9 1/2 miles to be exact just moderate anxiety need to learn how to face accept and float thru I want to get 100 percent well not afraid to go anywhere but it is going to take work no pain no gain
mom wish I could have been off today but more would love to been off friday because monday a holiday oh well I will take a 3 day weekend hope it is pretty
