I have been out of work for over a year! Please pray I can get a good job to support my wife and child! I also have a hard time holding a job. I work hard and I believe I am a good worker. Please pray that God will bless me with employment.
My marriage is also in trouble. I get the silent treatment.

I pray that our heavenly Father not only blesses you with gainful employment but also focus and stamina to remain gainfuly employed as well as total restoration in your marriage In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
On a personal note about the silent treatment you are receiving you know the old addage "If you can't say something nice don't say anything at all." Sometimes it is better that we do not communicate with each other especially if we only desire to say hurtful things to one another. Maybe your wife is doing you a favor by not talking to much on this subject. The best thing you could do in my opinion is to try to communicate to your wife that you will indeed try to land a job and keep it and remind her of your wedding vows especially the part of for better or for worse. and remind her that almost half the country is in the same predicament but King and listen very closely to the next part of this...DO ALL OF THIS AS GENTLY AS YOU CAN WITH THE MOST LOVING AND HEARTFELT TONE YOU CAN MUSTER WITH ALL HUMILITY! You will see God move on your behalf in amazing ways if you claim the prayer I just made for you and show your wife the gentle loving kindness that I have suggested to you brother.
