There are so scary that bring a lot of nervousness, dizziness, panic. I have try to listen over an over the cd's I can't get a grip on them. Can any body suggest some kind of terapy that can help me slow down/redirect the way I make my self fell. Thank you

Are you taking StressCenter's program? If so, review and review Lesson 3 on Self-Talk, the key to a healthy self-esteem. This is all about negative thoughts and how to turn them into positive, empowering thoughts. They key is that negative thinking is a bad habit and an addictive behavior.

Also, please review my post here:

It takes a lot of practice. Good luck!

its your inner thoughts 9....breathing deeper and even a good stretch and yawn can help relax you and interrupt your negative inner thoughts you may be unaware of. often we tense up and clutch-hold our breath like something bad gonna happen=the way out is countering with some good slow deeper belly breaths, and even stretch and yawn, and try to tell yourself you will be fine..it all helps with practicing. i had social anxiety real bad and these are just some things and the journaling lesson 3 that helped me in time. i am pretty well now=ty program makers!
