Nicholas,

I ordered the good day vitamins but my doctor won't let me take them because they are not FDA approved and I'm on other medicine. If you find out they have helped others, you are more than welcome to my box of a 30 day supply which was untouched.

Just FYI, for anyone who may be startled by the last post about the vitamins being FDA approved - dietary supplements are not subject to FDA approval. If you look on the label of ANY supplement you may have at home you are likely to find a an astrik followed by "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not inted to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." It's on the side of every supplement I have - Good Days, Calcium, Glucosamine. . . you name it, supplements simply don't get approved by the FDA. So don't be frightened by that.

I can't say if they are or not. Not yet anyway. I just started taking them 2 days ago. I just started the program this week. Sorry.

Here's my opinion...

Taking any GOOD supplement would help anxiety and depression because you're building your immune system and your body is not running all day on empty. Fresh food, a good multi-vitamin (whether it's Good Days or one from a reputable health food store), extra nutrients, and plenty of water will all help tremendously.

The Good Days will not help you alone to fight the anxiety and depression, but taking them will benefit you.

I personally took them for three months and then switched to a different brand that has tons of spirlina in it (I misspelled that!) for extra added energy.

God bless and take care on your journey!

Heather

There was a similar post to this two days ago...here's the link, maybe you can read those responses and get the answers you are wanting :) I'm not much help as I graduated the program 4 years ago.

Hi Heather ... did you by any chance switch to CellTech? I remember taking those a long time ago and noticing a difference in energy level -- can't say why I quit them (maybe too difficult to get?)! Just wondering ... and wandering ... in here, as I am looking for supplements. Thanks.

Hello!

No, I actually switched to something called "Super Mom," which can be taken by anybody. But the company also has one called "Super Dad," as I know my husband would never take anything called Super Mom!! :) It's from a company called Beeyoutiful.com.

These supplements have a lot of spirulina in it for energy. There's a lot of good stuff in these and very inexpensive.

Take care!

Heather

HI There,

I had a not so nice post on good days a few days ago after bad customer service experience BUT I will say other than my allergy to mushrooms and that causing headaches (I think) anyways I do really love them! I am extremely sensitive to anything and have had a good experience thus far. My depression gets worse in the winter but I quit zoloft 2 weeks ago by mistake and am going to keep up with the program and the good days (im not recommending going off a med) but for me they covered the gap for my body! I have stopped the mushroom pill and am doing very well.. im continuing with them!

Dont fear everyone is different but they will help your body and the program will help you mind with those two your on your way! be open minded and dont let anxiety ruin them for you.. be positive! Oh and I felt them after about a week..

Good luck!
