from the past to the future but seldom in the present

I never seem to live in the moment anymore. I seldom enjoy anything. I feel trapped. I've had a typical disfunctional upbringing. I survived it by trying to look to, and build a future. I am not so sure at the moment, what I want that future to be anymore. When you are running from your past and can't see your future, and are not comfortable in the present, Where the heck are ya?
