I don't want to be a victim anymore!

I am almost 50! I am married and have a child. But I am still the same! I am still a victim of my depression and low self esteem. Whenever I try to make a step forward I fall two steps back! I AM TIRED OF THIS! I don't want to be a victim anymore!

I feel the same, I'm 30, married with 2 kids, it really feels like i'm getting no where fast, sorry I can't offer any advice only that I understand and hopefully someone will be along soon with some advice.
