To sick and tired; I have been getting identical symptoms to yours. I don't know how high the BP goes. Last Thursday I had a massive attack. I thought I was having a heart attack. Two hours later my BP was 138/?. It is normally 120/80 and that was what it registered on Monday of this week. I had these symptoms early last year (2009) and was tested for everything including my bank account with no result. Any clues as to why these episodes happen? I am not particularly stressed.

Hi Paul,
Yep, I can relate! My BP goes up and down, running anywhere from 118/80 to 140/90. I only have the actual BP numbers from the doc. But at home I do notice my BP going up by pounding in my head, general yuck feelings etc. Oddly enough it is hit and miss, it doesnt seem to go along with my "panic attacks" it just comes and goes, I do have generalized anxiety so that is probably the underlining cause. Good luck! Judy
