Hey all, I have been taking Lexapro for over a year and am really wondering if it is has stopped working. I am curious on how you guys feel about Zoloft for helping with anxiety for the most part. I love Lexapro but am just feeling as though it has stopped working now and would like to see about something else to take its place. Has anyone switched from Lexapro to Zoloft? If so can you please give me some insight? Thanks so much.

I used Lexapro for over a year and it worked great. My doctor had me on a lower dose as this seemed to work well for me. He recently switched me to Lamotrigine because I have ED and he wanted to see if this would solve the problem. It didn't! Since then I have been feeling more anxious and am considering switching back. Before I do I want to get deeper into the program and go from there. I will take it one day at a time.

As long as I brought up the subject about ED; Does anyone that has this found that anxiety and depression could be the cause? My Dr. told me that Lexapro shouldn't be the cause. All replys greatly appreciated.

I've been on Lexapro for over a year, and it stopped working. My doctor said increase to 20 mg. but it would take 2 weeks to see results

I tried Zoloft an it made me more anxious.I have been taking prozac for 13 years. I ffel like it is not working anymore.I tried wellbutrin for smoking and anxiety worked for 2 weeks then made me climb the walls.I am back on prozac. i feel like I am still anxious. Started the program once and then stopped. I am on week 3 now. Just living day by day.~d
