About 12 years ago I had a real challenge with anxiety. Eventually it went away along with the panic attacks with the help of books, my church, close friends and family who were most supportive. Occasionally I still have some anxiety, but it manifests itself in the form of worry. I ordered this program and am working on session 3 right now. At this point I'm learning to stop the worry before it has a chance to get a good hold on me. It's tough and I really want to learn to stop worrying about events that haven't taken place and probably never will. My grandfather told me in elementry school that things seldom turn out as bad as we can imagine them.

B Street....Your Grandfather is so right, we overinflate alot, Tv, news, is so over dramatized....we worry about other peoples worries if you think of it....what does it really do....overloads you..we can just help ourselves first and then bridge out to help others later....creamcheesepuff
