It's Thursday, and I feel like I'm falling behind. Do I stay on Session 2 for another week? On Monday I read 11 pgs in the workbook and tonite I just read the final pgs in the chapter and have discovered that I was supposed to have been doing A LOT of stuff and I haven't done it. I've journaled, I've listened to the relaxation CD, I've listened to the Session 2 CD a few times but now I see that I was supposed to be doing more. Sigh....
Do I just stick with Session 2 another week or do I move on? Now I feel like I've accomplished very little.

The way I see it, is don't stress yourself out about it too much. I am the same way, always have to be perfect. I have seen different opinions on the forum. First of all, don't beat yourself up if you need more time on the sessions. A lot of other people have taken longer than the recommended "one week" for each session. The key is to be easy on yourself. Your instinct should be able to tell you if you're ready to move on. I guess the reason why they say in the tapes "not to spend too much time on one session" is that they already know that we are going to want to be perfectionists. The "action" assignments for me are there for me to do at my own leisure. I don't think that all of them NEED to be DONE in order to have accomplished each session. I think the goal is to find one or two or three that work best for YOU and fit into YOUR schedule. Also, if it helps, read through the workbook on the first day, so you have an idea of what you can incorporate into the next week, without overwhelming yourself. And journaling and the relaxation CD ARE huge accomplishments, so go a little easier on yourself and take pride in your progress already.

So, if you feel comfortable moving on, go for it. Or, if you want a little more time to try out some of the action assignments, that's okay too. Hope that helps, because I was going through the same thing!

I too, was stressing myself out because I was behind everyone else. But now I see that I'm sticking with what I need to hear, and learn very well, before I move onto the next session.

I'm taking this at my own pace, and moving on when I feel that I'm ready to. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

I just moved onto Session 3, and I started the program back on March 10th! LOL

Good luck to you, and all of us here!!!!!!
