Hi everyone, it has been a while since I posted, I did the program about a year and a half ago to such sucess it changed my entire life. I had an amazing life coach from StressCenter.com and along with that and this program I was able to finally live again freedom was amaazing. Since finishing alot has happened in my life, a separation, I have had enormous loss in my life and as well have developed a spinal tumor that has left me unable to walk on my own. I am in a wheel chair most of the time. With all that said I came out of all of it ok I thought. A few months ago my panic started again and it I kept using my tools and it kept spiralling. I am not in a very bad place again the dizziness is so bad I am bearly able to function. I am restarting the program today but would love some input and encouragement I REALLY NEED IT BADLY. I feel trapped and like I will never win this battle.

Thanks for listening posting here always helped so I am counting on you all now for some words of encouragement
God bless
Mimi

Mimigirl I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time right now.

I don;'t know if you are aware, especially with having done the Coaching program, the StressCenter.com offers a program called "mind Maintenance".

In this program you can buy 1 or 2 sessions with the coach you worked with during the program.

I did this several months ago when i was going through a very difficult time. I purchased 2 sessions (I think they were about $70 each and I could use them with a certain time frame).

I was able to work with my coach and she helped me develop some plans of action to get me over the "growth" spurt. I am now doing the program again and have not needed to follow up with my coach since.

Its just good to know that she is there for me to follow up with if I need her.

Hope this helps. I will say a prayer for you and your continued recovery.

Take care and God Bless.

Good grief! Who WOULDN'T have anxiety after all that?? Wow, you have really been through alot. What you've just come through would have given Ghandi anxiety and panic! lol

I am now coming out of a rough relapse myself and am too a point today where the good day are finally outnumbering the bad. We came through it before, you will come through it again. I found that it didn't take me near as long as the first time. It was like getting back on a bicycle again. Your mind knows what to do to correct itself, it just needs some discipline and structure from you.

You had the strength to come through the separation and surgery, you are going to kick this in the hiney in no time!

Dearest Mimi :) :) :),
Any person on this planet would have "anxiety" when going through these type of things, my dear friend!!!

An enormous loss is a "very" difficult thing, then to have a "tumor" on your spinal cord, which has put you in a wheelchair is another "enormous" thing to have to deal with in this life!!!

I strongly suggest that you try your very best to "accept" your life, just as it is, at this moment in your life!!!

Life has really "dealt" you some "hard" blows and I am sooooooo very sorry about all of this!!!

I think it might help you to "refresh" yourself on the program, but what I think would help you more than anything in this world is to "trust" in Jesus to help you overcome these things!!!

I suggest crying out to our Savior, since I am positive that is "exactly" what I would do, if I was in your shoes!!!

I would ask Him to "heal" me "inside" and out!!!

I would have others praying for me, as well!!!

I believe that every single thing in our lives happens for a reason and God only knows the reasons, these type of things happen!!!

I will "definitely" remember you in prayer!!! The Bible says, "All things work for good to them who love the Lord" and I believe this with all of my heart!!!

I love you sooooo very much, my dear friend!!! I pray things "pick" up for you very soon!!! May God richly bless you Mimi!!!

Hey Mimi!!

I'm so sorry that you're going through all of this and that you're feeling so bad. But just like you got through it before, you're get through it again.

I've had some losses recently so I know how you feel. I'ts extremely hard! I'm trying to get my anxiety back down from all that i've been through lately.

We just have to stay strong and KNOW that we'll get through this.

Mimi,

I too am going through a relapse. I haven't been on here in almost a year. Just use the tools you used before and you will get through this.
