Hey, I completely agree with your post. I know how everyone feels about fearing themselves to death. My problems seem to have alot of the same answers that many other sufferers have discovered and learned. The goals I have are rounded to being able to go the distance on the journey. I can be like many others who cheat themselves. They know the answers but not how to achieve them. I am grateful for what the program has already accomplished for me personally. I will say it will take a bit more time to reach the 29 score because I have difficulty keeping track of my money. But I am here to resolve as many issues as I can without overwhelming myself. I love to talk and often talk too much-but am well aware of who my real safe person is. Me. I know that but I have to learn that. I want to understand that. We are our own worst enemy. Why do we forget that we are our own best friend.

Hi Cloie,

That CD on Journeys sounds interesting. How do you go about ordering it from StressCenter.com? I have never seen anything in any of my materials about that. Ocean waves breaking and waterfalls are very relaxing to me.

So I google'd for it. You can get the 5 meditations as MP3's for $4.95 at : CDBaby . And it lets you preview the tracks before deciding whether / which to buy. (They're $0.99 each.)

No, I do not work for CDBaby. Yes, I bought and downloaded the MP3's.

That is a great site which Gisette gave you!!! I had every single one of these on my CD called journeys!!!

And that is a great price!!! Wow, Gisette, I am soooo very proud of you!!! You found that site so fast

I don't know if the StressCenter.com still sells the Journey's CD with all of these on there anymore, since that was 7 years ago when I ordered mine

!!!

I highly suggest that everyone order the CDs, since they were a "major" component in my recovery!!!

I didn't care much about the Solar System one, but you may enjoy it, as well!!!
