Yes it's a kids song. I woke up the last few days with this song in my head. We used to sing this in kids church and I had forgotten all the words. I think it will lift your heart. Enjoy.

Yes that baby and those kiddos are so precious. When I was a leader for Sunday School and helped lead Junior Church we sang this with the kids often. And that was many years ago. This song is very catchy and once you hear it , it you never forget it. I think the Gaithers wrote it? Glad you liked it ;) :D

Hi Jill,

The Lord is calling you to minister to Him Jill. Sometimes, we don't get it. I received song lyrics and poetry this way all the time. He is calling you, but maybe you needed me to point this out to you. Last year, I must have received nearly 10 songs or poems right out of my sleep. Now I have an entire collection that exceeds 3 times the number of poems that John Wesley wrote in a life time. I could near catch what his brother Charles did. How does 6500 songs in about 30 years sound?

I had to teach myself to be obedient and start writing whatever He gives you, and before long, you will be like, okay, here I am Lord, give it to me.

You'll be his scribe and editor to clean up the mess you make writing to try to keep up. Just relax, and be ready and He will give you a bunch of new songs and poems. I think this is one of the coolest things, blessings or gifts, to be standing at the ready for whatever the Lord has to give you, and do as the Nike commercial says; just do it!

When you read it out loud, after you got it and refined it, you will feel so humble and so full of joy, all because of obedience. Bless you sister, this is a very good thing!
