Great Job LillyM! You did it! You go girl! I'm soooo happy for you! I didn't get on the treadmill yesterday as planned but I did this morning which was a big challenge for me but I did it ... just before getting in the shower (and after realizing that I overslept) I could only squeeze out 10 mins but I'm happy for the small things. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Darlene, and congrats to you too,i really think we can do this. I usually get in the treadmill in the evening when my girls are more calm but iam gonna try to do it in the morning before they get up.That way i would feel more energetic and i won't go back to bed after taking my oldest daughter to school.Keep me updated on how you are doing, i would do the same.

Congratulations, LillyM!

Just walking is the easiest "on" ramp. Walk in place in the living room to an MP3 player if for some reason you can't walk outside (for me, this usually turns into dancing instead of walking pretty quickly. :D ) But, oh, at the end of a New England winter, with days as pretty as this last week has been - it's so good to get outside and walk!!!

Gisette, I like that " .... it'the easiest on ramp" I may have to use that.. lol.

I've been pretty busy working 10-12 hour days so I've had to put my excersice into the what I'm doing ... I actually walked to my meeting yesterday and took the stairs twice the day before. I plan to get some exercise this weekend... I'll keep you posted.

YEAA!! for you LillyM. Just think of those 5 lbs. as not having to carry around a small bag of sugar. That is ALOT!

Reward yourself with something non-food and keep on truckin'.

Greetings to all,

I exercised about three days last week and plan to improve that this week. I just got off of the treadmill (it's 9:00 PM) and trying to adjust to exercising at night. I'd prefer to exercise in the morning but my job has been taking me out of town and this is the only time I could find ..so I do what I can, when I can. I figure as long as I do something I can't go wrong. Good luck to you all and keep up the good work!
