xanax helps side effects?

i was curious....if i started taking lexapro and i started getting some side effects, would taking a xanax help subside the side effects?

It did for me when i was taking Pexeva. Now im off meds and having problems so i tried taking Pexeva without xanax since idiot doctors wouldn't give it to me and i had bad side effects. So xanax helps it really does i've heard its the number 1 pill for anxiety. Though i have no clue why doctors are being stupid about it.
