I just tried the lotion thing..Touching my skin .Period. hurts... anything that touches or rubs against parts of my skin the tingling is so sensative it hurts. my body feels like the sensation is weakening so im glad of that.. i'm going to try to rest since i haven't had much sleep.hopefully this won't come back again. I hope this program stops this sensation competely. and the horrible stomach pains.
Hi Girl
I am so glad that you were able to get the program. I know that doesn't help this very minute but I remember you have had this pain before and it seems like it got worse the more you were stressed out about stuff..right?
It's been a while sorry If I am forgetting some things. Anyway I will remember you in my prayers tonight that you can get some good much needed rest.
Take care
Jill~

First and foremost, know it is a panic attack thats it. Try and rolling with it, meaning let it run its coarse and let it flow. I know this sounds like the last thing what you want to do when you feel this way, but feel it accept it and the shorter it will last. Soon enough they will stop coming.
Anxiety will still come and go but the full blown panic attacks are what you need to work on first. Again be calm lay down and keep telling yourself you, it won't harm you its your anxiety and your body is dumping alot of chemicals in your body, ie adrenaline, cortisol, lactic acid etc.
It's your fear that feeds them. You'll be OK and there are lots of us you experienced these and they are just uncomfortable and not dangerous.
