Hello, I haven't been on her in awhile. I just wanted to stop by and say I am doing so much better. like some of you I got anxiety attacks just thinking about the program.

I still need to be motivated to finish it. I stopped around lesson 8 and saw where someone mentioned how important lesson eleven is so think I'll work on them.

yes the relaxation tape did help me alot. also listening to soothing praise music and scriptures helps so much.

Mrs T helped me alot. how are you ms T? I miss you. hugs to you.

I am thankful for the program and its helps, also for Joyce Meyers programs and Joel Osteen and others who have helped me thru this time. I still have a ways to go but it feels so good to feel better.

I still am taking meds. I've tried to get off them a couple of times. I think soon I will be able to cut down and be free of them in the future. meanwhile I do think they have helped keep my body calmer. but Trusting the Lord is the key for me.

God bless ya'll. I pray you each one will get better day by day. I wish we all could just push a button marked "forever free". but I do know I am a better person for going thru this stuff, tho I wouldn't wish it on anyone, it has helped me grow and become a better more caring and compassionate person. we will all be able to look back on these times in the future and laugh about them like Mrs. T says she can. I wish and pray each one of you has a good day and you will get better. it takes time. we are not alone either, that is a blessing, others have been down this trail and succeeded and we will to.

Hello, I haven't been here for awhile either. But I am experiencing anxiety and some depression again. Have decided to go through the program again.

Also started back onto Lexapro, this time it seems to be taking longer to be as effective as it was the last time.

At my doctor's request, I have taken a leave of absence form my job. I am glad to have the time to get healthy without the pressure of work: however, I am also anxious about how to fill my time....

I know the Lord has His hand on me and is allowing this season to teach me to surrender everything to Him.

Mrs T, you helped me tremendously. one of the ways was your willingness to share with me some of what you went thru. it helped me know that others faced some of the same thoughts in their minds and that you overcame them. Mrs T you don't know how much you helped me thru the tuffest times in my whole life.
I am richly blessed by your love for the Lord and for me too. I hope to some day soon be where you are in my walk with the Lord and over this stuff too. like someone else said also that she knows the Lord is teaching her things.
Like learning to Trust and depend upon Our Father and Lord Jesus. I really started getting better when I could say, "I Trust You Father". The Lord has given me such a wonderful life. I don't understand where this anxiety came from except some trauma times I was going thru. My Father is working His healing in me and teaching me to depend upon His WORD. I am learning to walk closer to Jesus than ever before and that's where I want to be.

Thank you again Mrs T. and also Gman and Donna and Beejay have all been so kind and encouraging and helpful. I wouldn't be where I am now without them too. The Lord has been with me thru it all and Jesus is still teaching me. I want to know my Jesus more and depend upon Him more as the days go by.

Hi jcat!

I check in every now and then. I don't post much, but I look to see if there is someone I can touch every now and then.

We started an on line church back on Nov. 2, 2009, and that continues to be awesome! Mrs. T Bones visits here a lot more often than I ever will. I am too busy with our on line church and Face book ministry.

Contact me via pm and if you would like to join our little on line church or be my face book friend. Maybe I'll give you a short call sometime today.

Best regards and blessing of peace and joy to your family!
All for His praise, glory and the joy it gives Him.

Hugs, In His Love >:D<
