WoWzers "T" You sure put it all out there didn't ya? It encourages me to know you still struggle with certain things. Not because I want you to fail but because it reminds me we are all HUMAN ya know? I am right there with ya on the list. Many of those are mine too.
1. I need to learn to be patient with people and let them grow at their own pace , not what I think they should be ...
2. I need to be online less and Living my Life and showing my loved ones I need them and Love them
3.I need to not take what I have ,my blessings, for granted..they could all be gone tomorrow!

This thread has got me thinking T thanks for starting it.

Ms T Bones,

You have been a rock for many of us and have given us many good suggestions. Maybe you are right, you have been putting out more than you were taking in and it drained you. That can happen to the best of us. So give us a chance to support you--we appreciate all the help you have given us and think you are a dear person, always being willing to help others. You have a very good heart and I am so sorry you are feeling down. Just remember, you have coping skills now and this may not last very long. It may just be a short phase you are going through. But you are doing the right stuff--you are reviewing your skills and letting your feelings out.

Personally, I thought you were a little too hard on yourself when you listed everything you wanted to improve. I think you are pretty darned great just like you are!!

Hi Mrs. T-bones......We all have so many things to work on so I am going to give you some of your own advice: STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP! In my opinion, when you care about someone you overlook their faults and focus on their good points, especially when their good points outweigh their faults.....and that is you!! This post does not have enough room for me to list all the things I need to work on! Right now, I am focusing on being positive and grateful. Give yourself a break and have a blessed day!

MRs. T-bones.....I love that name....I am a return customer to The Stress Center and read your posts and I must honestly feel that deep deep inside yourself you have discovered a excuse the expression "Godmine" not Goldmine....how do you do it....how do you look at each day with all that horrid news and earthquakes happening....how do you keep 2012 out of your head. I find it defeating. I find that it appears like all is over....but then I feel like something is starting....is that how you feel? Need encouragement here in this crazy world. Creamcheese.

No offense taken at all. I am a Registered Nurse and I feel the same as you, it actually helps me to help others. Makes you happy. And yes.....OFF with the computer is a good idea...I have vowed to eliminate some time from it also. creamcheese
