Hi Tim I am in session 3 and yes I can tell a difference already start the program and hang in there.

Hi, I just ordered my program a week ago. Haven't received it yet. I did get the free trial of "good days" for day and night. I hope the program comes soon. Good luck in your journey. I look forward to the support this program offers. It sounds like there are so many that have very similar issues with anxiety and depression.
