Ahh..very good ! Decaf is the only coffee I can drink. Caffeine gives me the tremors.
Van Halen !!!!!! Good for you ! I have Diver Down in my truck now. 70's and 80's are my decades for the tunes too. The cheesier the better ! LOL Sometimes I can have the type of day that was delivered Expresspost from hell and when I get home (or the truck ride home), I can pop in a cd and my day can flip right around in a heartbeat.
Things will work out. Don't sweat it.

Hi Charlie
,
I have "read and re-read" your thread over the past few days, and I must say that I could not find the words to answer these questions!!! I was not "ignoring" your posting, I just didn't know how to respond, if you know what I mean

All I know to say, is that I am sorry that you are suffering!!! I know this is not offering you any type of advice, and I am soooo sorry for that one too

I am so thankful that "manofmusic" has been responding to you!!! That is a "very" good thing
I know you love music, though!!! I don't know a whole lot about violins, but I do know a lot of that "old time rock 'n' roll"...Tee Hee!!!
Here is one of my favorites...I thought I would share it with you!!!
Enjoy Charlie.... Old Time Rock N Roll!!!!!!
I pray you rest well tonight "less stressed"
and more "relaxed"...

manofmusic and Ms. T Bones,
Thank you both for the replies.
No worries, T. I appreciate you trying to figure it out.

This morning I got a rejection email from the company I interviewed with last week during the snow storm. I shrugged my shoulders. I had a feeling I messed up on the second portion of the interview and unfortunately I was right.
I am trying to improve my attitude, but my current poor attitude helps prevent me from getting crushed by rejections like this.
My wife, God love her, says something good will happen. Again, I shrug my shoulders. I say, "Yeah. When I am 65, leaning on a cane, and wearing a diaper."

Hey Charlie,
Maybe this one will bring a little "humor" into the situation!!! Nothing like a "good laugh" for stress
You and your wife can join in with my hubby and me, and we all could do this one...I wouldn't have very far to go, since I live in the hills of Ky...LOLOLOL
How about trying this one??? What do you say???
Heading For The Hills!!!

Seger's "Old Time Rock and Roll" got me thinking about Tom Cruise in Risky Business.
Remember when he came sliding into the scene to this song?
I pictured myself doing the same thing only sliding in argyle socks, camouflage boxers, a shirt like Tom's only from the 70s--with the big collars, my resume in one hand, and a bottle of Lexapro in the other!
LOL!
If you want a face to it, think Homer Simpson.

Argyle socks, camouflage boxers and a big collar white shirt. I think I just figured out why the interviews aren't going as well as you hoped. You need pants and shoes. I'll bet that once you do an interview with pants and shoes added, you'll get the job ! LOL and DON'T take the shoes off and go sliding into the interviewers office. He/she may frown on that.
Oh yeah....and keep the Lexapro in the car !
Best of luck LOL

You may be on to something. Should the shoes be the same color? Can the left be brown and the right black?Originally posted by manofmusic:
