I need some advice on what to do about not having energy to get through the day. I went to another dr yesterday to get a complete physical and he only told me that I am perfectly health and after he reviews my reports from cardo dr then we will meet again. Ok, I wanted him to every test to tell me that I am really ok!!

I know this must sound crazy, but I feel completely wiped out. I am been laying around all day. I know I need to exercise and take vitamins and eat better, but darn I am tried of feeling this way. I am tired of the pressure in the head, tired of the achy feeling all over my body and I know these are just the symptoms of dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, but d....

I am frustrated big time and I need some advice..Has anyone felt this way? Or am I off my rocker!!! Help!!!

Hi Madimac!.....I'm sorry I don't have any great advice but I am going through exactly the same thing! I have noticed that the exhaustion, weird head feeling, etc. is so much better if I am out walking with my dogs or doing something I really enjoy. I just haven't figured out how to do only what I enjoy all the time! I will pray for you (and me) to get a grip on this and be able to pull out of it. Many blessings!

I totally agree with you both because I am in that same place. I know I need to exercise (and probably have better diet) but I am so unmotivated to do anything. It's a struggle for me to do anything all I want to do is sit around. I don't drink energy drinks or coffee because that makes me too on edge. If anyone has advice for us I would love to hear it:)

I generally feel wiped out when I'm feeling down.. I went through this a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't get through a full day without a 2hr nap. I also stay away from caffeinated drinks because they put me on edge, but I gave soda a try and honestly I was just as tired.

I think that if your dr says you're healthy this may just be your body trying to get across a message.. that you're down, not eating properly (proper nutrition goes a long way) and so forth..

Feel better :)

Thanks everyone for your input. Once again I felt that I wasn't alone in this journey.

This morning, I feel like I can't breathe. My whole upper body is tense!!! I so wish there was a magic pill that we could take to rid of this.

Uhgggg!!!

How about setting one small goal for yourself .... how about walking up and down the stairs say... 5 times. If you don't have a flight of stairs walk the length of your home 5 times. Okay, let me know how you do.

I was just saying this same thing to my husband! It feels like everyday at around noon that the energy is just zaped out of me and then I am like that for the rest of the day! I am glad to see that others suffer from this as I am always thinking that there must be something wrong with me as I am only 33 and feel like a mack truck hits me everyday!

You're preaching to the choir! I was just sitting here, almost in tears, sick of feeling the pressure in the head, the stiffness in neck and shoulders from tension and having to nap in the afternoons and wondering how I'm gonna make it through work tomorrow w/o a break...we have a working lunch meeting.

Ugh. I know it will get better, but sometimes it's still hard to take, but we're all in it together!
