Another symptom?

Does anyone's legs get really tense and feel like they are going to kick (probably how RLS feels)? I started that one last night and it's freaking me out!

Every time I'd fall asleep, I'd JOLT up awake with a panic attack and spasms in my arms and legs.

Keeping the Faith,
I have felt that same symptoms in my legs. I also have symptoms like electric shocks in the back of my head, ever had those?

Yep! I sure have! Think I must have suffered through just about all of them! I was getting the shocks yesterday. I can tell when I get really tense. I usually get visual migranes, too.
