well honey - throw in that my hair looked like a rats nest until i brushed it for the pizza drive and i'm barefoot - and i sure enough do present a pretty picture. oh and i have eye makeup smudged under my eyes.

i remember the FIRST time my sister asked me when i'd lost all my pride. and that was 20 years ago LOLOL

Karma you need to be careful, you might be the next guest on "What Not to Wear". Keep an eye out for Stacy and Clinton..haha
The one and ONLY time I went out in public dressed in Jammies or anything resembling jammies was at 1am on my ex husbands then Army Base. He was tired as we left his late night shift, an MP pulled us over thinking hubby was drunk driving and since we didn't have our insurance on us he MADE US leave the car on base and take a cab home. 3 miles!! Only one cab that ran that late so it was me and hubby and two drunk guys sharing the ride.And I am in a nighty and a flannel zippered robe and slippers and pj bottoms. I too was so sexy as you can imagine. Hey I learned my lesson. Now I don't go out at night without full hair and makeup done..just incase :p I mean my luck, the one time I'd go out at night now..John Travolta would be passing thru town making a late night Wal-Mart run.

Wow!!! You all are soooooo funny!!! Tee Hee!!! I can totally relate to the PJ thing...LOL...

I can barely wait to get home to get out of those uncomfortable clothes and into something comfy!!!

My favorites are PJs and a baggy t-shirt!!! And yes, I have been in a rush and went out dressed like that many a time!!!

In fact, the last time that I was dressed like this was earlier today and I stopped by the Dixie Freeze to pick up a burger and some mushrooms!!! ROFL!!!

Glad they have drive thru...LOL...too funny for me!!!

Keep the humor going!!! You guys are making my nights!!!

Wow Karma ! You were a real vision in lavender last night ! LOL

I'm not walking like a cowboy anymore ! I can actually move with some speed now !!!!! I'm glad because I need to be active today. I'm getting ready to help them move and guess what........ POURING RAIN !!!!!! I hope it stops by 10:30 !!!!!! I am looking forward to the pizza WITH CHEESE ON IT !!!!!!! (Shif)

I can honestly say that I've never left the house with just my housecoat on (unless I forgot to take out the garbage the night before). I move slowly and pray that a gust of wind doesn't come by. I don't want to moon the neighbourhood (or worse)!!!!!!!!

As I look outside, it's still raining.....

Anyway, I too am a huge cheese fan so I know what you mean but I've ventured out into different ways of eating so my taste buds have been into different things than what I grew up with.

But I'd be glad to whip up some pizzas here, cheese and not so come on over.

I have a friend with dairy intolerance, she always orders cheeseless take and bake, and then she puts her "alternative" cheese on it herself.

Hey Karma you are gorgeous! I'll be looking for the big smiling girl with the beautiful hair! Oh, I have always wanted straight hair, he he.

thank you for your compliments. my hair is straight as a stick. since it's winter, i'm able to put spiral curlers in and have curly hair. i love having waves and all. you havo no idea what life is like with hair that won't hold curl in the summertime humidity. it makes me crazy LOL

i took the time to curl it this afternoon then go to the grocery. it was so warm and humid - then the wind and rain hit. oh well, i'm reheating the curlers in hopes that tomorrow will NOT be rainy LOL

fact: the words "abed" was in today's l.a. times crossword puzzle - what are the odds? LOL

being a rocket scientist, i've figured out why i've been abed all weekend. i have a stomach virus - duh. it was so warm this afternoon - spookily warm - as in tornado watch - and i was cold as ice. i went to the grocery without a coat - because it was SO warm - and almost froze to death. the dryer cut off when i was putting away groceries and freezing. instead of making the bed, i just crawled on it holding the bundle of out of the dryer hot sheets in my arms and went to sleep. i can't begin to explain how wonderful those sheets felt LOL how sad/pitiful of a picture does that paint?

i achieved 2 goals this weekend - 1. crossword puzzles and 2. getting the trash out. i've had no energy to dust.

i probably should check the weather forecast since it was raining sideways earlier and see if the tornado watches are lifted.

did you have a good time helping your friend move? was the pizza all you hoped it would be?

i have the 3 g's goals for tomorrow morning - 1. get up, 2. get dressed, 3. go in. if i start to make a nest under my desk for sleeping, i'll come home. it's a plan.

I know what you mean - whenever I flat iron my hair it's so straight it doesn't behave either.

I have the extreme opposite though, it's not "pleasantly curly" by any stretch of the imagination!

I call it party hair but in reality it's an untamed bush and I try to avoid humid climates at all costs - do rags are my friends!

Think Rosanna Rosanna Danna and you'll get the picture! Well, it isn't THAT bad but if I brushed it and it was shorter, that's what it'd look like! So I stay very far away from brushes, tee hee.

Good job on those goals. I like those little doable goals. I had a few goals today and did 2 out of 3 as well. I still have to organize the storage area downstairs.
