electric pulse in my head HELP
okay i have had these before when i didnt take my antidepressant like i was suppose to but i have been taking it regulary so why am i having them ofcourse im sitting here thinking there is something majorily wrong putting myself in fullblown panic stage if anyone else has ever had these please let me know some how it makes me feel better to hear that thank you god bless
Is that like a jolt? Feels like a little electrical jolt, I've had that. Now I kind of laugh about it, because if it was a stroke, that is probably a reason for my short-term memory! LOL.
And what can I do about it, it has already happened to me several times. There's nothing I could do about it.
Hey - you are still alive, so it can't be bad. It's scary I know, but you are okay. Take a while to think it over though, if you do see a doctor make sure it's not the panic that is taking you to the doctor but some concrete symptoms. I didn't see a doctor about it myself, but then again, I haven't been to the doctor in years and somehow I managed to stay alive with all the weird things that have happened to me.

I have had these jolts before . You are not alone. It is very scary. I used to get them usually when I was really into a worry and just sitting there trying to calm down or even when I was half asleep. And I would get this Zap and it would throw me into an immediate panic attack. Untill I started not worring about it anymore and they seemed to go away. Just want you to know your not alone and your ok.
