-You take a shower and do your hair because you don't want the paramedics who are going to pick up your dead body to comment that you smell and look awful.

OK.....I have done this!! AND I am a guy!!

hahaa i was told to read this post..and it sure is funny!

I never leave my house with out peppermint (for my nausea) crackers, and benadryll. lol

Glad you liked them. And glad you could laugh at them as well. We take ourselves way tooooo
serious sometimes. I know I do. That's what is so fun about this thread, it keeps this anxiety and fear stuff in its place, so to speak.

From reading that list, it's good to know that I'm not the only one who has thought and did those things. Before I got my social anxiety under control, I would always scout out the bar or house or wherever I was for the exits and the quickest way out. I pretended I was undercover and keeping an eye on everything in front of me. When in reality I was usually frozen in fear and anxiety.
