Thank you so much. Glad to know I am not completly crazy. I will try to remember that when I am thinking things. I wish they weren't so strong or I shouldn't let them be.

It seems like these things come in waves. It will die down soon, but it's understandable how aggravating and stressful it is when it's happening.

Men have this fear too! It's not just women who suffer through these obsessive thoughts. It's almost as if I have two brains. My rational brain tells me that my wife would never cheat on me. But my anxious, irrational brain says that she will/has.
Sometimes I think it would be better for me to find out that she is cheating on me just to prove that I'm not crazy!
