First off, Happy New Year to everyone !

I plan on making 2010 the year of change. It's been a long time coming, but I believe I've made quite a bit of progress this year. This will help make 2010 the year that I've been waiting for. I hope everyone else has an awesome 2010 and I wish nothing but the best for all !

amen to that monofmusic. funny because i told myself last year 2009 was the year of change and it did change but not for the good. was a year that my anxiety got worse from a certain incident and depression was introduced to me. but i feel like im on a good path to getting myself better and im with you on the year of change for 2010. hope everybody can get ahold and control there anxiety and make it a good year.

A year of change it will be! My one and only child graduates (sp) from high school in May! My parents will have been married 50 years! My one and only child will be starting college! My wife and I will have the house to ourselves! FINALLY! (just kidding, I'll miss the kid!) I WILL BE OFF MY MEDS! And the biggie for the year.......... WE WILL NO LONGER SUFFER FROM ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION!
